Service Policy

  1. Bio-Hazards

    • Cars with bio-hazards that include, but isn’t limited to, vomit, urine, and blood will not be cleaned. This is for my safety.

  2. Completion of Service

    • When service is done for a vehicle, owner is able to check and review the work. If owner notices something, I will fix it.

    • Payment is expected as soon as service is complete.

  3. Address & Location

    • Once I have received the location of service, the vehicle must remain at that location until the service is complete.

    • If vehicle isn’t at the location at the time of service, I have the right to deny service.

  4. Payment

    • I accept payments in cash or check. Payments via CashApp, PayPal, or Venmo is also accepted.

    • Once payment has been sent, no refunds will be issued.

    • If customer has overpaid, the extra money will be sent back.

    • If customer has underpaid, an invoice will be sent to collect the remainder of the payment.

  5. Water & Power

    • I currently do NOT have a mobile water tank. To complete my services, I do require access to an outdoor water spout fit for a garden hose.

    • I also need access to a power outlet that is outdoors or in a garage.

    • All I need is the access to water and an outlet, I bring my own power washer, hoses, extension cords, soap, and other chemicals and tools.

  6. Cancellation

    • If customer has scheduled a detail in advance, I require at least a 24 hour notice before cancellation.

    • If work has already started and customer needs to leave, full payment is still required. Customer may reschedule to finish the job.

  7. “Bulk” Orders

    • If customer requests multiple vehicles to be cleaned at once, I will issue a discount if the all the vehicles are receiving the Ultimate or Diamond Package detail.
